It’s our birthday! This year marks the 20th anniversary of Nova Staffing and the 5th anniversary of Nova Driving Services!
Nova Staffing was established in 2000 with one goal in mind- to add value to our customers by helping companies make money, save money, save time, and adopt better recruiting and hiring processes to find the best candidates. Over the last two decades, our company has grown tremendously. We now have four offices across the Greater Toronto Area and a team of HR experts with over 200 years of combined industry experience.
Over the past 20 years, our company has helped businesses in manufacturing, food and beverage, transportation, logistics and supply chain, construction, consumer goods, and farming, among other industries, and launched Nova Driver Services in 2015 to help transportation companies fulfill driver positions.
Recently, our company was incredibly honored to have been named on The Globe and Mail’s second-annual ranking of Canada’s Top Growing Companies 2020. Canada’s Top Growing Companies ranks Canadian companies on three-year revenue growth. Nova Staffing Inc. earned its spot with a three-year growth of 220%.
